Meet your GED® coordinator, Tim Odette

Tim Odette went through Denver’s GED Service at the end of 2012 and earned his GED through the Good Neighbor Initiative (GNI) in January of 2013. The GNI showed Tim he could be a successful student and there were people that cared about his success. Tim decided to enroll in a Bachelor degree program and as of 2016 he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through CollegeAmerica. Following his Bachelor degree, he enrolled in the Master’s degree program and as of November of 2017 has earned his Master’s in Business Administration. Tim would not be where he is in life without the GNI program.

"I wanted to do more in my career, but most employers require a high school credential. My GED® test experience with [the Good Neighbor Initiative] was great! They helped me more than other programs I’ve tried, and it was totally no-cost."
